How long does delivery take?

All postal orders for single boxes are dispatched next day (order must be placed at 12pm). Surprise boxes are posted every Wednesday. If there is an issue with your delivery, we will contact you.

1st Class Post can take between 1-5 days. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next day service. If you need your order next day, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Unfortunately I cannot compensate for lost/delayed orders with Royal Mail if you choose not to upgrade to Special Delivery.

Subscription Service

Your subscription will be posted monthly on the date of your initial order. However, if your subscription renewal date falls on Friday or the weekend, your order will be sent the following monday.

My order has not arrived yet/lost. What do I do?

If your order has been lost by Royal Mail I do not take responsibility for it unless you choose to send your items by Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

I have dietary requirements, can I still order?

Please send us a message. We do try to cater to as many allergies as possible.

We cannot guarantee that our products will be completely free of any traces of allergens for those who are highly sensitive.

How do I order cakes & cupcakes?

Please fill out our contact form, email us kafsbakes@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (date required, flavours, size and design). We will get back to you within 48 hours.
