Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kafs Bakes. We take great care in preparing all of our bakes and want you to be completely happy with your order. As we sell food products, our returns and refunds policy is outlined clearly below.


1. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, all baked goods are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once they have been delivered or collected. This is in line with UK consumer law for perishable items.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund


3. Order Cancellations

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

All items are freshly baked to order. Should you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP. We may be able to give you a refund however if we have purchased items already, that will be deducted from what you have paid.

Standard Orders (if applicable)

If cancellation is allowed for specific products, this must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order and before preparation has begun.


4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. Refunds will not be issued for allergen-related issues where information was clearly provided.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details

  • Missed deliveries or collections

  • Delays caused by third‑party couriers once dispatched

Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
