These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchases from Kafs Bakes. By placing an order, browsing our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Kafs Bakes is a UK-based bakery offering freshly made, made-to-order baked goods for purchase.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Once an order is confirmed, a binding contract is formed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All products are freshly prepared to order. As such:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, except where required by law or outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Custom designs, flavours, and specifications are the customer’s responsibility to review before confirmation.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy.

  • While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of dietary requirements before placing an order.

6. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and collection details must be provided accurately at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, missed collections, or customer unavailability.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our:

These policies form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and designs associated with Kafs Bakes are the property of Kafs Bakes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kafs Bakes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier issues, power outages, or courier disruptions.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
